Troubleshooting

Prior to contacting Customer Service, please check these common problems that may be causing your equipment not to perform properly:

  • Be sure the SCSI terminators that were provided with your Eagle are installed properly on the back of the system.
  • Be sure your disks are seated correctly in the disk bays. Please see the technical sheet provided with your User’s Manual to be sure the disks are inserted correctly.

Reporting Problems/RMA Requests

If you are experiencing a problem with your system, or need technical assistance, please provide the following information when you contact us:

  • Recorder Type and Serial Number (Can be obtained from the GUI front panel or the silver label on the back of the system).
  • Type of modules you were using when error occurred (if applicable).
  • General description of the operation you were performing when the error occurred.

Warranty/Service Agreements

Our systems are sold with a standard one-year warranty. During this time, you will automatically receive software updates (as available), and technical support via phone or email. Most repairs are also covered during this warranty period.

For service beyond the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service Department for details on the service plan that best fits your needs.
